This privacy statement applies to the relevant activities of MEA-nl B.V. (further referred to as: ‘MEA-nl’), established in Den Oever, Haventerrein 1-A 1779 GS, The Netherlands.

Purpose of our data processing
MEA-nl collects personal data via several methods:
- Registration of Primary Account Data (or so-called ‘primary customer data’ mentioned under ‘The kind of data we collect’) via the contact form on our website and via registration for our newsletter;
- Customer data when you do business with us: financial data (such as IBAN or other necessary international bank reference data);

Besides this, we keep your data in our registration system to comply with relevant regulations.
Information about the processing of data
When you apply as a member of our newsletter services, we collect and store your data until you unsubscribe. For the contact form, we use a retention term of six months, unless indicated otherwise.
